By downloading or using Clip2Prompt, you agree to these Terms of Use. Do not use the App if you do not agree.
2. Service
The App helps you extract, save, reuse, and send prompts to third-party AI services. Its Gallery provides curated image and video generation prompt examples.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for content you save, import, or send through the App.
- Do not use content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Review output from third-party AI services before using or publishing it.
4. Gallery Content
Gallery prompts and representative images are provided for reference. Do not redistribute gallery content or use it outside the scope permitted by its listed source or applicable law.
5. Third-Party Services and Advertising
ChatGPT, Gemini, Apple iCloud, Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob, and other third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies. The App is not responsible for their availability, output, or data handling.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee OCR accuracy, AI output quality, gallery availability, or uninterrupted service.
